The base, post, and head are powder-coated in satin black finish for exterior use. Ornate details on the crown allowing the option of custom headers adding a nostalgic tone to the street clock design. NIAKWA brass headers on crown & name plates in 734-229SR. (Final artwork to be provided) & Est. 1923 on bottom name plate (final artwork to be provided). The clock is water-resistant and is suitable for most weather environments. The custom dials and hands are protected by the glass crystals, which are tempered to reduce the chance of breaking. The clock is powered by regulated dual Quartz battery operated movements. A winding key is included that allows the time to be set from the exterior of the clock. Requires four (4) AA-sized batteries which would be replaced once a year. Assembly required The base includes an optional platform that allows the clock to be displayed indoors. If the clock is mounted outdoors it is recommended to mount the clock to a solid base.
